About the Role

As a founding engineer, you’ll be in the driver’s seat for core technical decisions regarding our ML pipelines, server architecture, and even end-user UX, all while exercising more agency and product ownership than you’d have anywhere else.

You’ll have the opportunity to wear many hats — performance engineer, research engineer, and cloud architect, to name a few — while working frontier problems such as imitation learning and agency.

Ideally, you’re:

1. A builder: You’ve built complex projects end-to-end in the past and have tackled difficult engineering tasks head on
2. Relentless: Our sole focus is delivering the best user experience possible. We stop at nothing to make this happen.
3. Creative: You embrace the scrappiness at the heart of every product and aren’t afraid to search for solutions to difficult engineering problems that are off the beaten path

About the Team

Archit (CEO & Founder) previously worked as a Software Engineer at Stripe, where he saved the company $1,000,000+ yearly by optimizing database storage. He also previously worked on Autonomous Vehicles at Apple and Robotic Surgery at Johnson & Johnson Robotics. Before that, he graduated from Cornell at age 20, where he led a team of 50 students building mobile apps with 10,000+ daily users. While still in high school, he built a PPE price tracker that scaled to 50,000 users during the height of the pandemic.
