The Role
As our founding engineer, you'll work directly with the founder to build and scale Stempad's core product. You'll have significant input into technical decisions and help shape our engineering culture from the ground up.
Requirements
- Strong experience with React and Next.js
- Experience with TypeScript and TailwindCSS
- Ability to work autonomously and make product decisions
- Track record of shipping high-quality software quickly
- Any backend and database experience
- Past experience in software engineering (FT or internships)
Nice to Have
- Experience with rich text editors (Slate, Lexical, ProseMirror)
- Strong product and design sensibilities
- Early-stage startup experience
