Operations Associate

Stream is seeing a healthy amount of growth in demand and are looking to expand the team to allow us to continue delivering superior products and services to our customers!

Know before applying:

1. We are in-person and work from the office 4 days a week in the Mission district - this is non-negotiable.
2. Stream is an early stage startup - you will have unrivaled autonomy and ownership which will require you to make many assumptions and move fast under very little supervision/help/instructions; you are operations, marketing, customer success, data science, and at times product management too.
3. We are not college drop-outs, we are in our 20s-30s and value a reasonable work-life balance. That said, you will work more than the 9-5 and will be expected to rise to the occasion frequently.

About Stream: We are a YC S22 batch insurtech startup based in SF. We process medical documents for insurance, legal, and medical professionals, with customers ranging from SMBs to Enterprises.

The Job: As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in streamlining our operational processes and ensuring the highest quality standards across our business. You will collaborate closely with our QA team, ML and product teams to ensure we’re delivering an exceptional product to our customers. Your focus areas will include, day-to-day operational support, product operations, data management, process improvement, team collaboration, reporting, and ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications: You ideally have 2-3 years of experience, strong analytical skills, excellent time management skills, and are comfortable with Sheets, Linear, Metabase, and SQL.
