Role | Inbound sales & growth specialist

As the Sales & Marketing Specialist at Strive, you'll be instrumental in converting leads into paying customers while also spearheading marketing initiatives to drive growth. Working closely with the CEO, you'll undertake various responsibilities:

• Proactively engaging inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email to promote Strive's offerings.
• Managing the sales pipeline efficiently using Airtable and Notion.
• Cultivating strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Implementing referral programs and gathering feedback from customers to enhance their experience.
• Collaborating with the CEO to design and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Creating compelling marketing materials including flyers, emails, and ads.
• Organizing online events and managing Strive's social media presence.
• Developing marketing strategies and conducting customer research in the Singapore and Hong Kong market.
• Assisting in establishing strategic partnerships vital for Strive's growth trajectory.

This role will be about 50% sales, 50% growth

• You’re organised with high attention to detail: You’ll be managing dozens of new leads and dozens of existing accounts

• Adaptable to changes in the fast-paced environment of a start-up
• You’re passionate about education and empowering students
• Self-driven and highly motivated, we won’t micro-manage you. We’ll expect you to be proactive and take the initiative on tasks

Logistics

• 40 hours per week. Weekend work will be required. Relatively flexible hours to serve the Singapore market.
• Preferred Locations: Asia: Singapore/Philippines (Candidates who can support the GMT+8 timezone within 9am-9pm SGT are welcome.)
• Work from wherever you’re most comfortable - you would need your own reliable laptop, internet and backup power
