The Role
We are looking for a VP of Revenue Operations (RevOps) to design, build, and optimize our revenue engine. As our first RevOps leader, you will own and integrate the sales, marketing, customer success, and finance operations to drive revenue growth, efficiency, and visibility across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Build and Lead the RevOps function from the ground up, aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for predictable revenue growth.
- Develop and Optimize GTM Systems by managing our CRM, sales automation tools, and customer data infrastructure to streamline workflows and reporting.
- Create and Own Revenue Analytics by tracking key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, pipeline health, and retention to optimize our go-to-market strategies.
- Improve Forecasting Accuracy by implementing data-driven sales and revenue forecasting models to inform strategic decisions.
- Optimize Sales Efficiency by refining lead scoring, sales funnel automation, and pipeline management to maximize rep productivity.
- Drive Pricing & Packaging Strategy by analyzing market trends, customer segments, and competitive positioning to optimize our pricing models.
- Ensure Cross-Team Alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success by establishing clear workflows, handoff processes, and data-sharing frameworks.
- Lead Process Automation by leveraging AI and automation tools to reduce manual tasks and increase efficiency.
Who You Are
- 5+ years in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy leadership role at a high-growth SaaS or AI-driven startup.
- Startup Builder Mentality—you’ve built RevOps from 0 → 1, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are excited to scale revenue operations from scratch.
- Deep CRM & RevOps Tech Expertise in tools like HubSpot, Gong, Clari, Looker, BI platforms, or AI-driven sales tools.
- Analytical & Data-Driven—you know how to build revenue models, analyze trends, and use data to optimize sales and marketing effectiveness.
- Experience Managing Sales Compensation & Incentives to drive performance and motivation across the GTM org.
- Strong Business Acumen—you understand SaaS growth levers, pipeline management, CAC/LTV dynamics, and revenue scalability.
