What You'll Do
We’re seeking a strategic Head of Finance to drive our financial planning and optimize capital management as we scale. You’ll work directly with our co-founders, providing insights into long-term planning, and play a pivotal role in our company’s future.
- Drive the company’s financial strategy, including operational planning, strategic fundraising, and capital management.
- Provide analysis of company performance and complex situations to the CEO and the Board of Directors.
- Navigate the expansion of the organization, both in size and complexity across the US and worldwide.
- Analyze and evaluate financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth, optimization, and risk mitigation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including investors, lenders, and vendors.
- Ensure financial policies and procedures are in place to successfully scale, promoting transparency and accountability.
- Control and evaluate the company’s fundraising plans and capital structure.
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the company’s operations and prepare reliable current and forecasting reports.
- Ensure financial compliance with all regulatory and commercial requirements.
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of related experience in finance, including financial strategy
- Proven ability to build, manage, and grow the function and team
- Experience with high growth, SaaS, AI, or healthcare tech a plus
- History of scaling 0-1 for finance and operations
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills and ability to effectively collaborate and drive initiatives cross-functionally
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
