Location: Remote
Experience: Freshers welcome (must have cleared UPSC Mains at least once in the last 4 years)
Salary: ₹5 LPA to ₹7 LPA

SuperKalam is an AI-powered edtech platform revolutionizing personalized learning. As a UPSC Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the journey of aspirants by offering guidance, resolving queries, and building meaningful student relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Mentorship & Support
   • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for UPSC aspirants, ensuring prompt, effective, and empathetic communication across channels.
   • Guide students through their preparation journey by offering mentorship and actionable advice based on their unique needs.
2. Issue Resolution & Collaboration
   • Address and resolve student queries effectively while maintaining accurate records of interactions.
   • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure concerns are escalated and resolved quickly.
3. Proactive Engagement & Insights
   • Identify common challenges faced by students and suggest platform or process improvements to enhance their experience.
   • Provide timely updates on new features, study resources, or relevant information to keep students engaged.
4. Feedback & Continuous Improvement
   • Gather and share student feedback to improve SuperKalam’s offerings and build a stronger mentorship experience.
   • Contribute to the development of innovative student engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• UPSC Experience: Must have successfully cleared UPSC Mains at least once within the last four years.
• Strong Communication Skills: Proficient in both English and Hindi (verbal and written).
• Empathy and Patience: Genuine interest in helping students navigate the challenges of UPSC preparation.
• Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with tools like Gmail, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a student-first culture.
