Job Description: Student Relations Executive (Internship)

Location: Remote
Experience: Freshers welcome (must have cleared UPSC Prelims at least once in the last 4 years)
Stipend: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month
Commitment: Full-time, 3 months (Monday to Saturday)
Conversion Opportunity: High-performing interns will be offered a full-time role after successful completion of the internship.

SuperKalam is an AI-powered edtech platform revolutionizing personalized learning for students. As a Student Relations Executive, you will play a key role in supporting and guiding UPSC aspirants while fostering a student-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Engagement & Support
   • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for student queries, ensuring timely and empathetic communication across multiple channels.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with students to foster trust and engagement.
2. Issue Resolution
   • Address and resolve student concerns, escalating issues to internal teams when necessary.
   • Maintain accurate records of all interactions to ensure seamless follow-ups and updates.
3. Collaboration & Information Sharing
   • Work closely with internal teams to relay student feedback and concerns, contributing to continuous platform improvements.
   • Keep students informed about updates, resources, and platform features.
4. Proactive Problem-Solving
   • Identify recurring issues faced by students and recommend actionable solutions to enhance the overall experience.
   • Contribute ideas to streamline communication and support processes.

Qualifications

• UPSC Experience: Must have successfully cleared UPSC Prelims at least once within the last 4 years.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written proficiency in both English and Hindi.
• Empathy and Patience: Ability to understand and support the unique challenges faced by UPSC aspirants.
• Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using Gmail, Google Workspace, Basic AI Tools, WhatsApp, and other communication tools.
• Adaptability: Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
