Business Growth Associate (Intern)

Location: Remote

Experience: Freshers welcome (for eligible candidates - you must have cleared UPSC Prelims at least once in the last 4 years.)

Stipend: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month

Conversion Opportunity: Based on performance, this internship is convertible to a full-time role after 3 months of successful internship.

Commitment: 3 months, full-time, Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

You will be at the forefront of expanding SuperKalam’s reach, ensuring our cutting-edge platform is accessible to aspiring students across India.

• Execute business growth strategies to onboard new users and build partnerships.
• Use your UPSC experience to connect with students and address their challenges.
• Collect feedback, engage in post-webinar calls, and plan interactive sessions to enhance learning.
• Track and analyze user metrics to optimize growth strategies.

PS: We don't believe in 'Hard Push' sales. The job is to understand the product deeply and communicate the same to the student, and understand the feedback to be shared with the team - good or not so good.

Qualifications:

• Must have successfully cleared the UPSC Prelims at least once within the last four years.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in both English and Hindi.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for education.
• Empathy towards UPSC aspirants, with a genuine interest in aiding their exam preparation journey.
