What you will be working on?

We are a tribe who is shaping education with our sheer drive for building something valuable and beautiful.. You will be working on core aspects like personalisation, gamification and new product innovations we are working on.

Requirements:

• 2-4yrs of experience in UI and UX, with interesting problems solved
• Solid product thinking (and previously worked in Product based org)
• Has strong design portfolio
• Asks right questions to understand problem statement
• Understands different segments of this users, and design accordingly
• Bonus - Has worked on gamification flows
• Bonus - It's a dynamic design role, can you do basic motion designs? like https://jitter.video

Responsibilities:

• You will work closely with our product and growth teams 💡
• Can lead design initiatives
• Basic prototypes in Figma wherever needed
• Can think in structured process - research, user insights & competitive analysis
• Be aware of the problems across the platforms and can suggest what can be solved with design
• Take data-driven decisions wherever needed
• Collate user feedback from different mechanisms

Resume will be short listed as per your projects / prior work experience. After this, an introductory call will be scheduled.

Introductory call (15 min) - We will talk about problems you have solved via design, your top favorite products, your depth of understanding of audience, etc. Do ask good questions.

Assignment (typically 1-2 days) - This will be skipped only if you have strong portfolio.

Product round (1 hour) - F2F interview focusing on product understanding

Final closure discussion (30min)
