SuperTokens builds open-source user authentication and is being used by 1000+ developers across the globe, including at some of the world's largest companies. What kind of work will you get?

We are looking for a fullstack engineer.

Examples of technical tasks:

• Working on our frontend and backend SDKs.
• Architecting auth flows.

Requirements

• Well versed in HTML, CSS and Javascript. Frameworks such as React are a bonus.
• Familiar with and comfortable working SQL Databases (will be a plus).
• Advanced understanding of at least one object oriented programming language (Go, Python, NodeJs, Java etc).
• Expert in Git.
• Expertise in Linux and / or MacOS + using CLI.
• Fimilar with Docker.
• Good to have NextJs/Nuxt/Svelte/Remix (any one).
• Previous startup experience.
• Contributed to open source, or have your own open source repo with a community and many github stars.
• A personal website or Technical Blogs.

Bonus:

Built an in-house authentication or authorization solution or worked with solutions such as Keycloak, Auth0, Ory, Okta etc. Note: Compensation is as per the applicant's geography.

Introductory call - 30 minutes One of our team members will get on a call with you. This call is to discuss your role and motivation for applying to the company along with your expectations from the position. The call may also involve a discussion on some tech concepts (no code required though).

Technical Interview (1/2) - 1.5 hours Discussion on your past work, this will involve sharing your work (code and output) via screen share. Architecture discussion and general programming related live code problems. You will be allowed to use Google throughout the interview and you will be required to have screen share on. This call will be with the CTO.

Technical Interview (2/2) - 1.5 hour This will involve a discussion to assess the breadth and depth of your technical knowledge and general questions on various technical topics. You will not be asked to write any code. This call will be with the CTO.
