About the Platform

Our ERP applications leverage Tailor Platform to build enterprise applications more efficiently. We aim to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies to create intelligent ERP solutions that streamline business operations.

Position Overview

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to spearhead our engineering team in implementing AI-powered features within our ERP applications. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership to deliver AI solutions that enhance end-user’s business process automation and decision-making capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead a cross-functional team of frontend and backend engineers
• Architect and design scalable solutions integrating LLMs into ERP applications
• Establish technical standards and best practices for AI feature implementation
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on system architecture and integration patterns

Development & Implementation

• Design and implement features to leverage LLM & ML APIs/Platforms (LangGraph, OpenAI, Anthropic, huggingface, etc.)
• Work with various types of APIs for AI-powered business process automation
• Build scalable solutions for intelligent data processing and analysis
• Create and optimize AI features within our ERP application stack

Project Management

• Drive technical decision-making for AI feature implementation
• Collaborate with product management to define technical requirements and implementation strategies
• Manage project timelines and resource allocation
• Balance technical debt with feature delivery

CONTINUOUS LEARNING

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and practices.

Required Experience & Skills

Must-Have

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role
• Strong development experience with TypeScript, Python, or similar languages
• Track record of implementing LLM-based features in production applications
• Experience with API design and microservices architecture
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams

Technical Requirements

• Production experience with AI service integrations (OpenAI API, Claude API, etc.)
• Strong understanding of GraphQL and RESTful APIs
• Experience with cloud services (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Proficiency in version control systems and CI/CD pipelines

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with ERP systems or enterprise application development
• Knowledge of LangChain, RAG, or similar AI application frameworks
• Experience with Next.js and React
