Our remote team is based across the US and Europe, delivering superior results to our clients. Supported by YCombinator, 500 Startups, and leading angel investors, Talkable is a profitable and growing company.

Our goal is to provide flexible technology solutions and the best customer success to enable eCommerce brands to create personalized customer interactions and boost their revenue. We are looking for a B2B SaaS Marketing Leader who can position Talkable as a market leader in referral marketing for e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define all digital KPIs, set ambitious targets, and forecast the required budgets.
  • Collaborate with the leadership, sales and product teams to shape marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue.
  • Increase inbound lead generation by continuously improving performance across the marketing funnel.
  • Work with sales teams to grow outbound pipelines and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Develop and execute campaigns across paid search, display, email, social media, webinars, and more.
  • Monitor key metrics, analyze web traffic, and improve conversion rates through testing and data insights.
  • Elevate Talkable’s brand through thought leadership, content marketing, PR, and event participation.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in growing a B2B SaaS brand, ideally within sectors such as eCommerce, marketplaces or media.
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical skills to measure performance and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Deep experience in digital acquisition across multiple channels, including search, display, email, and social media.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate across teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools to track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance.
  • Confidence in making complex decisions with limited information, paired with accountability for outcomes and a focus on results.
