We’re a small, experienced team - currently we have 10 full time employees, and you would be joining as the first business hire in NYC, reporting directly to the CEO. Expect a fast-paced environment where you’ll have significant ownership of our NYC growth, plus the opportunity to impact product, design, marketing and more.
We’re looking for a self-starter who can help us take our NYC business to the next level.
This role will require extensive travel throughout NYC - scouting out new office spaces, touring customers, onboarding new Hosts, etc. Expect this role to be about 60-70% in person tours & meetings around Manhattan.
We will need someone with:
CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN NYC AND BE WILLING TO SPEND SIGNIFICANT TIME TRAVELING AROUND THE CITY!

Tandem was founded by Rafi Sands (Bain, Pano, Marqeta, Stanford GSB), Brendan Suh (Bain) and Kristen Gallogly (CBRE). We’re backed by Y Combinator & Soma Capital and supported by Stanford Professor Nick Bloom.
