Using LLMs to automate insurance approval for healthcare clinics
Tivara just launched out of YCombinator (S24) and closed a seed round led by Zach Perret’s Mischief VC. We build LLM enabled software that allows doctors to deliver lifesaving care faster. Our technology ensures physicians get insurance approval for their treatments in less time than any other system in existence. We're a two-person team with private-equity owned clinics as customers and we're growing fast.
You will be a product engineer, owning entire features across the stack.
You will be the first hire and report to the CTO.
We are supply constrained; your work will unlock $millions in revenue.
You love building.
You work hard, in our NYC office, five days a week.
You strive (key word) to produce zero defect work.
You are honest.
You are kind.
You are low ego and don’t make excuses.
We take responsibility for our work. Things will go wrong, there is no time to play the blame game.
Our machines learn, and so do our humans. We grow from our mistakes.
We are customer obsessed.
It’s banal, but we are a team of high achievers, not a family.
Still, we enjoy each other’s company.
Tej (CEO) and Aumesh (CTO) have been good friends since college and are both technical.
Aumesh was an engineer at Microsoft before joining Compound (S19) as one of their first engineers, helping their platform scale to over $2B AUM.
Tej grew revenues 10x at Fair Square (W20) as their head of growth, and helped the company raise their Series A + achieve profitability. He flipped houses to pay for college.
