About the role

We're seeking a talented bilingual Marketing Assistant to support our team with creator partnerships, marketing initiatives, and administrative tasks. This role requires advanced communication skills in both Chinese and English, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage creator partnerships: conduct outreach to creators, collect stats, negotiate agreements, and process payments
Support marketing initiatives: facilitate social media campaigns, give input on campaign ideas, track & input metrics into a spreadsheet
Perform market research: track competitors, summarize findings, and engage with prospective users on online communities and forums

Requirements:

Exceptional written communication skills in Chinese (native-level) and English (C1 or above)
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
High proficiency with digital tools and platforms, including AI assistants like ChatGPT
Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot independently

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with influencer marketing or creator partnerships
Experience with administrative assistance
Avid consumption of social media & knowledge of what’s trending

This is a fully remote position. We anticipate 30-40 hours of work for 3 months, with the possibility to continue if all goes well.
