About Tola

Tola is on a mission to grow the SMB economy through cash flow optimization and streamlining day-to-day financial tasks. We started in 2022, building tools for accounts payable, accounts receivable and working capital solutions that provide payment flexibility to customers across a wide range of industries including wholesale, ecommerce, restaurants, services and more.

We are an experienced and proven team with years of building and growing products, backed by some of the most well-known investors in the world.

What you’ll do

  • Partnerships Development: Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with accounting firms to expand Tola’s network and influence.
  • Manage Accounting Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for Tola’s accounting partnerships clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist new accounting partners and their clients with the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and can effectively use Tola’s platform.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Provide training and support to clients and partners on Tola’s features and functionalities to maximize their usage and satisfaction, upselling Tola.
  • Event Participation: Represent Tola at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our platform and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Tola’s founders, engineering, sales, and marketing to align on partnership goals, technical requirements, and client feedback.


What you’ll need

  • Experience with Partnerships: Have a track record in partnerships management, business development, or a related field within the B2B Software/SaaS, fintech. Any experience with accounting or having CPA experience is a major plus.
  • Self-Initiative: Proactive approach to identifying and reaching out to potential accounting leads, continuously seeking opportunities to grow Tola’s customer base.
  • Startup Mentality: Have an interest in working in flexible, dynamic and rapidly evolving environments.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. You’re someone who can talk to anyone, regardless of their background or location.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software, sales tools and financial literacy when it comes to accounting is a plus.
