At Toma, we will build an end-to-end AI workforce for the 2T automotive industry.
Our largest customers spend over 1B on processes that can already be automated with AI, from customer service, to repair order management, to warranty processing, to sales.
We are uniquely positioned to capitalize on this space because:
We work like a team. Each individual is responsible for driving solutions to their respective problems with the best possible approaches. Everyone is held accountable.
We expect you to drink from the information firehose, and you will have full autonomy when making decisions. We are a no-BS workplace where the best data-supported idea always wins, and we like to move quickly.
We believe that when exceptional people are given autonomy and full context, great things ensue, so you will have an unparalleled opportunity to make an impact at Toma.
