Product Engineer
About the role
We need someone with experience building large-scale, high-concurrency AI applications at prominent (FAANG, unicorns, top startups) tech companies to build drop-in replacements for human automotive dealership employees, nothing crazy.
Responsibilities

Building, deploying, and helping maintain said solutions

Taking full ownership over products

Integrating with external vendors

Partnering with external vendors to integrate their tools into Toma
Required Qualifications

A track record of excellence throughout your career

Exceptional coding skills and the ability to ship high-quality code daily

Strong problem ownership and drive

Passion and guts for talking to (and getting roasted by) customers

Great understanding of operating systems and distributed systems
Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in TypeScript, Bun, low-level Node.js, T3 Stack (Next.js, React, Prisma, PostgreSQL, NextAuth, tRPC), Python

Experience with Figma and using best design practices

Summary
At Toma, we will build an end-to-end AI workforce for the 2T automotive industry.
Our largest customers spend over 1B on processes that can already be automated with AI, from customer service, to repair order management, to warranty processing, to sales.

Location
