You'll be an early member of our support engineering team, helping hundreds of customers across the U.S. onboard on and use game-changing voice AI technology.
Owning customer support on the engineering side
Improving the product through bugfixes and new features
Working with product engineering and operations teams to proactively discern and fix issues
Communicating with customers through Slack, Teams, etc., to improve their usage of the Toma product
Traveling the country to implement the product for customers
A track record of excellence throughout your career
2+ years of experience in engineering
Experience with Node.js and TypeScript
Familiarity with AWS services (ECS/EKS, IAM, VPC, S3, RDS)
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Exposure to observability tools like Datadog
