About the role

As the Director of Partnerships, you will join a small partnerships team that is exclusively focused on hospitals. Your responsibilities will include targeting, prospecting, and making contact with potential leads in research operations, Clinical Trials Office, IT, informatics, and C-suite, as well as guiding the provider through the partner onboarding process. This role entails a significant travel component, requiring you to be on the road extensively (up to 70% of the time). A company credit card and a per diem will be provided for travel days.

Immediate responsibilities include assisting with conference planning and execution, managing partnerships in the East Coast region, inheriting a small pipeline, advancing existing opportunities, conducting cold outreach, generating new partnerships, and scheduling demos.

Candidates should be comfortable with an early-stage startup culture and possess a background in SaaS sales. Experience in the eClinical, clinical trials, or digital health space is highly desirable, and having worked as a technology partner with research sites or Academic Medical Centers is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the CEO and the rest of the partnerships team, focusing on strategy, execution, and reporting.
  2. Take the lead in engagements with sites, spearheading a remote team of 2-3 members focused on outreach.
  3. Engage in contact prospecting, lead qualification, outbound, and partner onboarding.
  4. Attend conferences and meetings, and assist with logistics and planning.
  5. Participate in weekly meetings with marketing and sales teams as needed.
