Job Description:

We are actively seeking a Full stack Engineer with a rich background in design and a proven record in full stack development. The ideal candidate would be a designer turned full stack engineer, possessing advanced knowledge in React, and adept in integrating design aesthetics with technical development. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our founders and an elite team comprising Forbes 30 under 30 serial entrepreneurs, Stanford engineers, and Berkeley MBA graduates, boasting over 10 years of experience in leading tech giants and innovative startups.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Design and Architecture: Develop scalable and robust backend systems, integrating seamlessly with frontend designs to support high-fidelity execution of visual concepts.
2. API Development and Integration: Design, implement, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to power dynamic, responsive web applications.
3. Advanced React Knowledge: Utilize advanced React techniques for creating dynamic, responsive web applications.
4. Collaborative Design and Development: Work closely with product manager, translating wireframes into functional web applications and providing technical insights.
5. Performance Optimization: Enhance application performance and scalability, adopting best practices for efficient front-end coding.
6. Code Quality Assurance: Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to industry standard.

Required Skills:

• Python: Professional experience with Python in developing dynamic web applications.
• React and Redux: Professional experience with React and Redux in developing dynamic web applications.
• Backend Technology Skills: Capability to integrate and utilize backend technologies effectively.
• Debugging Expertise: Aptitude for identifying and resolving production issues.
• Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Product-Focused Mindset: A positive, solution-focused approach towards innovative product development.
• **Hybrid Work Competence: This is a hybrid role, requiring to work on-site at least 4 days a week.

Qualifications:

• Proven 4 years of experience as a full stack Engineer.
• In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience with build tools like Webpack and NPM.
• Familiarity with asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
