Operations Analyst - Fraud

About the role:

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in dealing with complicated fraud cases, advising on operational processes, and performing financial document analysis.

You will work closely with engineering, operations management, and customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Use AI tools to build financial profiles of consumers (analyzing income and assets)
• Detect edited or forged documentation
• Prevent identity theft via picture ID analysis and analyzing identity databases
• Identify shell companies and illegitimate job offers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, quantitative or analytical degrees preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
