Ultra is building the life planning utility: a way for everyone to make complex decisions about their lives. We are starting with college admissions and careers, with our first product providing the value of a private admissions consultant for free. Students use our product across the US and China; we are backed by YC and General Catalyst.

The Role

As a founding full stack engineer, you will own the technical implementation and design of whole projects.

We are looking for someone who can own projects end to end. You should be ready to learn new technologies, and innovate on how to evaluate and optimize LLM outputs.

• Product mindset, passionate about shipping end-to-end product that serves real customer needs.
• Foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design with strong analytical and debugging skills
• Excellent problem solving ability
• Ability to lead projects end to end!
