Senior Mobile Fullstack developer
About the role
We’re looking for a highly experienced and autonomous Senior Mobile Full Stack Developer to join our team. You’ll play a critical role in building and scaling our mobile platform — from frontend experiences in React Native to backend infrastructure using AWS and serverless technologies.
You’ve shipped apps, and know how to build systems that are as elegant on the outside as they are performant under the hood.
What you'll do
- Take ownership of the mobile product — from UI to infrastructure
- Lead the development of new features and improvements to our React Native app, published on both Google Play and the App Store
- Architect and implement backend services using AWS, CDK, and serverless patterns
- Write clean, scalable, and testable code across the stack
- Guide and mentor other engineers, and help shape technical direction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Monitor performance, reliability, and scalability, and proactively address issues
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with React Native, and at least one app published on the App Store or Google Play
- Prior experience in native mobile development either on Android or iOS
- Proven track record of building scalable and performant mobile applications
- Experience working with AWS CDK and serverless technologies
- Experience working with DynamoDB (Relational databases considered as a plus)
- Comfortable working autonomously and making high-impact decisions
Nice to have
- Prior experience leading engineering teams or technical projects
- Experience in early-stage startups or fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Interest or background in fintech or messaging products
