About the role
We’re looking for a someone to help us blow up - SEO, influencer marketing, LinkedIn - whatever creative thing you want to do to help us get more people using Unriddle.
What you’ll be doing:
- Continuously test and identify new growth channels, finding creative ways to scale the most effective ones.
- Obsess over key metrics, make data-informed decisions and report stats to the team to showcase the impact of our growth efforts.
- Talk to users and translate their feedback into actionable growth experiments and product improvements to boost conversion and retention.
You’re likely a good fit if you:
- Have experience driving thousands of people to care about and adopt a product or service.
- Are excited by the idea of digging through analytics data on platforms like PostHog and Mixpanel to uncover key conversion and retention patterns across user segments.
- Have worked in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (ideally another startup) and can drive things forward with relatively little oversight.
We’re based in San Francisco but have members of the team in Europe too. We offer premium healthcare (medical, dental, etc.), flexible working hours and office space with a beautiful view of the SF marina and Golden Gate bridge.

Today, Unriddle helps researchers and students quickly find insights in documents, video and audio so they can learn and write faster.
We started working on Unriddle 18 months ago. In that time:
- we’ve grown to 3M users spanning hundreds of major colleges and research-led companies,
- we hit $1.5M in yearly revenue and are fast approaching our next milestone of $2M,
- 100M+ people have seen our content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube,
- and we raised a $2.4M seed with checks from YC and the founders of Github and Reddit.
Looking ahead, we're expanding beyond just summarization and writing assistance to address the broader challenges of information overload faced by researchers and students.
We're a small, tight-knit team with huge ambitions. As a founding member of the team, you'll be instrumental in helping us scale revenue from $1M to $10M and then $10M to $100M+.
