Venu AI is founded by Jeremy Lam, a 10-year CEO, backed by Harvard and YC, helping founders build top of funnel sales, get 40% response rate from qualified sales leads, build a community, and host 100-person conferences in 6 weeks fully automated with Venu AI. Jeremy previously developed a metaverse events platform called Venu, hosted 1000-person conferences with Microsoft, Samsung, Stanford, CNN, and The US White House, founded a VR game development studio, founded a robotics education startup, shipped the Microsoft HoloLens and Xbox One at Microsoft, and graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelors in Computer Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5 including team members, managers, partners, customers, and the CEO.

• Drive sales campaigns and achieve deal closes for customers within 2 months.

• Host a 100 person conference in 6 weeks.

• Own all sales strategy, some fill-in-the-gap execution, and management of the team, work, and customer.

• Be a passionate, proactive team player, a good communicator, bring a positive energy to the team, and help team members to enable others to be successful, happy, and fulfilled on the team

• Anyone can take this position as long as you show up every day, do the work, and you're passionate about solving these problems, helping the team, and gaining experience.

Compensation

• Initial compensation is very low ~$50-$100/month.

• When you achieve 1 deal close for your customer and retain your customer within 2 months, compensation will grow to ~$300-$600+/month.

• When you become a director owning multiple successful customers, managers, and teams, compensation will grow to ~$1000+/month

• When you help the team grow enough to support minimum wage salaries, compensation will grow to minimum wage and so on.

• Team members who are working on the team for 1+ years are automatically eligible in the early employee equity program.
