Hands-on Marketing Leader
About the role
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Leader who can both strategize and execute, focusing on sales support, product growth, and brand development. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a role in Veryfi's marketing function for a YC backed startup in the AI / LLM space. In this role you will work with the leadership team in-office located in Downtown San Mateo, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales Team: Develop and implement ABM (Account Based Marketing) strategies that directly support and enhance sales efforts
- Facilitate Product Growth: Create and execute marketing initiatives that drive product adoption and user engagement
- Brand Development: Lead efforts to establish and strengthen Veryfi's brand identity in the market
- Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals
- Actively contribute to content creation, campaign execution, and analytics
- Participate in key company decisions as a valued member of the leadership team
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience in technical startups
- Proven track record of supporting sales teams and driving product growth
- Experience in brand development and management
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Hands-on experience across various marketing disciplines
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site at our San Mateo office
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive results
