Implementation Specialist

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to help manage and scale our onboarding and rollout operations.

This is a remote position with a preference in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida as we expand our second HQ in Ft Lauderdale.

What will you be doing:

• Onboard and rollout. Perform lots of demos and onboarding materials as we sign more clients to the platform.
• Jumps in on support cases. Works closely with our frontline and support team for complicated cases that require hands-on/webinars/demos to unblock them.
• Helps manage our CRM.
• Works closely with Account Managers and Customer Success team.
• Travel to veterinary clinics. Enterprise clients have multiple hospitals that we will need to go to strengthen the relationship and unblock any problems.

Specifically for this role:

• Is an excellent communicator and approachable person.
• Fast learner and adept with computers and technology in general.
• 3+ years experience in support, success, project management, or IT roles.
• 3+ years in Software as a Service (SAAS) implementation experience.
• Experience in the Veterinary Medicine industry is a big plus.
• Experience operating and excelling in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be okay traveling at least once a month.
• Experience in working at a startup or small company is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Compensation

• The base salary for this position is $75,000 - $85,000
