We are looking for our first Founding Content Marketing Manager to help grow our brand, online presence, drive growth, and create content.
This is a remote position with a strong preference in Miami as we form our Miami in-person team. East Coast is also preferred.
This position will likely be filled in late Q1 2025.

What will you be doing
- Develop and execute thought leadership content. Including blog posts, podcasts, videos across various channels.
- As an early-stage member of the team, you will get to influence how we plan and set our content marketing strategy for the years to come.
- Own our social media strategy across all our channels including creating engaging content to grow our brand presence.
- Collaborate on email marketing strategies, including developing automated campaigns and newsletters.
- Engage our community in Facebook, LinkedIn, and more to increase our brand awareness and user base.
- Organize webinars and work closely with our Business team + vet advisory board.
- Build out the demand generation function, including execution of digital ads, events, sales enablement, case studies, email campaigns, etc.
- Jumping in to support other facets of the business like Support and Sales.

Specifically for this role:
- 3+ years experience in brand marketing and demand generation.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and creating automated campaigns
- Experience handling multiple channels of demand generation and multiple types of content all at once.
- Passionate in eventually leading the marketing function of the company and finding ways to grow the product and team.
- Experience writing and conducting press releases is a plus
- Experience in working at a startup or small company is a plus
- Experience in the Veterinary Medicine industry is a plus.
- Bilingual is a plus
What will you be doing:
- Answer support messages coming from different channels, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of VetRec at an individual level and at a clinic level.
- Conduct training sessions and provide resources to educate customers on best practices.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any issues, concerns, or feedback they may have.
- Work closely with the Engineering team to stay updated on new features and enhancements.
- Serve as a customer advocate, communicating their needs and feedback to the product development and marketing teams.
- Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics, identifying areas where customers may need additional support or training.
Compensation
- Salary range between $65,000 - $90,000
