🗻 This position is based in San Francisco / the Bay Area.

What you could be doing…

• Identify and reach out to candidates for our open positions
• Review incoming applications and support the overall hiring process
• Help new team members during onboarding & improve the onboarding process
• Support payroll and people admin
• Work with our Head of Talent on projects in the People & Culture team, e.g. our company wiki, leadership trainings, or team events

Here are some things we think are important…

• You're enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program and will graduate within one year.
• You live in the Bay Area or can move here for the duration of your internship.
• You have strong people skills and want to start your career in talent acquisition, people development, organizational design, or as a HR generalist.
• Founder mindset. We want people who are able to tackle difficult problems on their own and proactively look for new ways to improve Wefunder. In other words: You can just figure it out.
• Learn quickly. Our people team is very small, so you'll wear many hats.

This is a full time internship at our HQ in San Francisco at $25 / hr.
