Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for an engineering lead to push the overall architecture and design of our product. Specifically, the role is for someone who:

• Is a prolific programmer
• Is well versed in all aspects of our tech stack, from our cloud infrastructure to our backend design and our front-end application
• Can build a scalable (enough) infrastructure to support our current workloads, yet flexible enough to be improved and refactored down the line
• Is able to make decisions quickly. We value speed of execution with a working product more than anything

Additionally, we are looking for someone who is:

• Ready to join the mission of a small team taking on a big industry
• Interested in AI advancements
• Excited about the space of podcasts
• Interested in advancing the boundaries of Audio AI
• A plus, but not required to have experience in interacting programmatically with media files

• Salary range $80k - $135k depending on how much you have to bring to the table. We are keen to compensate for the value you create!
• Equity range 0.75% - 1.5% again depending on how much you have to bring to the table.
