here's what that actually means:

the core: a programming language for building just AI assembly language for the new reasoning unit (LLM) is English, so let’s put it front and centre and incorporate best concepts from software engineering:

• conditional statements

• loops

• function calling functions (aka in fancy language multi-agent communication) — this is more difficult than it seems because of the needed type system (see below)

• type system (especially important for interacting with multimodal LLMs where one output might have to be transformed to be passed on forward to the next step of the flow which might incorporate an LLM which can only interact with specific modalities)

• easy linking with Tools (custom or prebuilt and ready to use: speech-to-text, image generation, ElevenLabs, research and many more

the ide: where the magic happens like notion met vscode and had a baby. build and test AI flows instantly, see results in real-time, iterate fast.

tl;dr: we need someone who can help us build the next generational company. primary focus on GTM roles, but you'll also help scale our technical recruiting process that's already working. if you've ever looked at impossible hiring targets and thought "LFG" - we should talk.

we're building the operating system for AI, and we need to build the team that'll get us there. you'll be focused on finding the kind of people who get energized by our slightly unhinged culture and massive technical challenges. the kind who read our job posts and think "holy shit, this is my tribe."

what you'll actually be doing:

* owning GTM hiring end-to-end:

* building relationships with sales/marketing talent

* running processes that actually close candidates

* making hiring managers' lives easier

* supporting technical hiring:

* following up with engineering candidates

* keeping processes smooth and candidates happy

* helping scale what's already working

* being our talent brand voice:

* writing job posts that attract our people

* crafting outreach that doesn't sound like linkedin spam

* telling our story in a way that resonates

you probably:

* have hired for both GTM and technical roles

* understand what makes great salespeople tick

* can spot authentic hustlers from linkedin warriors

* write messages people actually respond to

* close candidates against bigger offers

* thrive in startup chaos
