About the role
tl;dr we need someone who can show 500 million people that coding with plain english is the future. you'll build demos that make them say "holy shit", create content that actually teaches, and help shape our explore page into github for ai.
the actual challenge: we're creating a new programming paradigm based on natural language, but explaining why this matters is hard. we need someone who can bridge the gap between traditional developers and the next wave of ai builders - someone who can both code a complex demo and explain it to a lawyer.
the bigger picture: we're not just talking to traditional developers. we're reaching the next 500 million people who will be "coding" with plain english - lawyers, designers, product managers, founders, and domain experts of all kinds. you'll be the face of this revolution, showing them what's possible.
what you'll actually be doing:

- be a developer who loves to teach
- have real experience with LLMs and ai
- understand RAG, agents, and prompt engineering
- know how to make complex demos simple
- be comfortable on camera and stage
- actually enjoy talking to people

- previous devrel experience
- content creation background
- open source contributions
- experience building communities

- They’ve known each other for the last 10 years following their research at Cambridge. They have been building companies in Transformers and AI Ops. They have worked full-time on companies together for the last 3 years.

So, what is Wordware?
***Wordware** is a prompt-first programming language that can be used by non-developers (AI Engineers). We merge concepts like loops, logic and functions from the world of classical programming with the non-deterministic nature of Language Models.
