Set the Design Vision: Define and drive the overall design strategy for Wordware, shaping the future of Natural Language Programming and AI agents.
Design the Core Product: Take ownership of our core product and IDE, crafting intuitive and delightful user experiences that empower our users.
Innovate on Display: Reimagine how published wordApps are presented, pushing the boundaries of interactive design.
Hands-on Creation: Roll up your sleeves and produce high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and visual assets that set us apart.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with founders, engineers, and the community to bring ideas from concept to launch.
Build and Lead a Team: As we grow, you'll recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class design team.
Establish Design Standards: Create and implement design guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence across all products.

- Our Product Hunt launch went well (7000 upvotes; we even broke their servers)
Since our launch (2nd of August) we grew from 10k users on our main product, to over 300k today.

They’ve known each other for the last 10 years following their research at Cambridge. They have been building companies in Transformers and AI Ops. They have worked full-time on companies together for the last 3 years.
The Wordware team is 9 ppl all based in SF.
