Yhangry is like Airbnb, but for finding a chef to cook for a birthday dinner, hen party etc.

We help chefs work on their own terms whilst earn 3x more than working in a restaurant! They get to:

1. Decide when they want to work
2. Set their own prices
3. Cook their own menu creations

About this role

• You’ll be working directly with Heinin, one of the founders
• You’ll sit between growth and product
• You’ll have a very wide remit for initiatives to attract new chefs

What you’ll do

• Identify channels that can generate 500k+ chef leads
• Design scalable lead gen systems and strategies
• Work with the engineering team to build a well-oiled automated chef acquisition flywheel for our global expansion
• Build partnerships and handle relationships with key organisations in the hospitality industry
• Drive new in-person initiatives to build a strong brand to attract chefs, e.g. chef community events, podcasts etc.

Requirements

• You’re highly technical (CS degree or similar)
• You’re great with people
• You’re an out of the box thinker (but really!)
• You love extreme ownership
• You can unblock yourself
• You’ve worked in growth/sales/marketing (optional)
