Position Overview:

Zeta Surgical is looking for an Operations Associate who will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the executive team. This role is vital to ensuring smooth daily business operations and managing key administrative, human resources, and accounting tasks. In this position, you will work closely with the executive team, participate in strategic discussions, and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to join other company projects, such as product development and quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support, including drafting and editing emails and preparing for board and investor meetings.
2. Assist in market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
3. Perform minor accounting and purchasing duties, such as managing invoices, purchase orders, and payroll.
4. Organize meetings by scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging catering as needed.
5. Manage the executive’s calendar, prioritize key matters, and coordinate appointments efficiently.
6. Handle clerical and administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
7. Oversee office management, including maintaining office supplies, groceries, and other essential resources.
8. If interested, join other company projects, including engineering, quality, and regulatory projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Basic computer literacy is required
• Great attention to detail
• Proactive qualities with the willingness to learn
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving and time-management skills
• Having a driver's license and being able to drive is a plus
