Let us manage your inbox so you don't have to.
TLDR; We built a companion that manages your inbox with the intelligence of an executive assistant. It never misses an important email, suggests follow up actions, and handles things like meeting coordination and quick replies in one click. Sign up here to get access.
Hey everyone, we’re Scott, Travis, and Albrey. We’re serial entrepreneurs who’ve worked together for almost a decade. Over various roles, we discovered the worst part of work is managing our email inbox. So we built an assistant that handles it for us and are now offering it to you.
In A World Without Email, Cal Newport explains that the average knowledge worker spends 30% of their workday managing their inboxes rather than engaging in meaningful work. Cutting this time in half could unlock hundreds of hours of productivity.
We interviewed founders and executives to understand how they deal with this. We typically heard one of three strategies:
👀 Ignoring email altogether. Super efficient, but results missed opportunities and annoyed customers and friends.
🤝🏿 Hiring an executive assistant. Saves a lot of time, but is very expensive.
✉️ Clients like Superhuman. Affordable, but marginally more efficient than traditional email clients.
We couldn’t find a solution that was as reliable as an executive assistant and as affordable as a suped-up email client, so we set out to build it.
Superfilter doesn’t replace your email client. Rather — it connects to your inbox and manages it like your executive assistant. While you’ll use email for strategic work, Superfilter keeps you on top of the tactical stuff.
Here are some of its capabilities users love so far:
Overviews make sure you never miss an important email
Feeds keep track of your to-do’s and FYI’s
Tasks let you delegate repetitive work to Superfilter
Superfilter’s purpose is to give you back time and peace of mind. It’s always working, improves as it learns from you, and will only leave to work for another person if you cancel your subscription.
Use the product and give us feedback. We only support iPhone and Gmail (Superhuman and Hey included).
