🚨 The Problem

60% of American adults are living with at least one chronic illness, and 40% are living with two or more. Regular blood tests are vital for identifying and managing these conditions, but the traditional reports often add to the confusion.

Instead of offering clarity, you're met with pages of numbers, confusing medical jargon, and reference ranges that merely tell you if you’re “in” or “out”. If you're lucky enough to discuss the results with your doctor, you might gain some clarity and a prescription, but you’re unlikely to fully understand the status of your body, and feel like you have a clear plan to improve your health.

What's more, as long as your results aren't drastically abnormal, you might not receive any feedback from your doctor at all. This can lead to the neglect of critical signals—issues that may only become apparent when they escalate, often surfacing only a year later in your next annual blood test.

We’ve developed a platform that turns your blood test results into actionable insights, empowering you to understand your body, make informed changes to improve your health and track your progress over time.

  1. Understand your body
    • Simple explanations for each test, and insights to help you understand what your result for that test means.
  2. Make changes.
    • Personalized diet, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations based on your blood test results and health goals. Our bodies are unique, complex systems, for which general recommendations will not suffice. Your action plan will be made custom for you.
  3. Track progress.
    • How do you know if the changes have been effective? Take another blood test with a SiPhox at-home testing kit. SiPhox offers the most comprehensive and inexpensive at-home blood test kit on the market.
    • Visualize how your biomarkers are trending on simple, intuitive graphs.

How did we develop our algorithms:

We run a mail-in blood testing subscription service ($165 for quarterly testing) that enables users to test 17 key blood biomarkers from home with a painless self-collected sample. We trained an AI algorithm on the massive amount of biomarker data we’ve collected over the years, coupled with all the insights our clinical team delivered to our subscribers.

How it works:

  1. Upload Your Results: You can upload blood test results from any doctor or provider by either uploading a file or manually entering them.
  2. Help us understand your goals: Take a short questionnaire to help us understand your current lifestyle and what your health goals are. For example, you’re currently fairly sedentary and would like to boost your energy and mood.
  3. Receive your Insights: We use a combination of AI and our experts to generate personalized, actionable insights for you. Within two days of submitting your report, you’ll be able to view these insights in your dashboard.
  4. Take another blood test: After implementing your health protocols, take another blood test to see how your biomarkers have adapted. Then, you can view the state of each biomarker with intuitive graphs and scores.
  5. For bonus points: Connect your wearable device to combine sleep, activity, and heart rate data with your blood biomarkers in the same dashboard.
