Legacy software evolved this way primarily because incumbents focused on becoming hyper-specialized with point solutions to accommodate for system of record providers such as Salesforce & Hubspot and the inability to interact with data efficiently until AI had tangible commercial application in 2023. The advent of LLMs is enabling a paradigm shift in the industry with a small window, but massive opportunity, to disrupt incumbents with legacy infrastructure.

Our mission is simple - make the best companies and sales professionals 5X better and build a platform that everyone actually enjoys using. We're building for user experience and productivity, so your best reps can close $5M in deals annually vs. the traditional $1M target for SaaS companies. We've started with outbound sales but will be expanding to other GTM verticals across inbound sales, revenue operations, account management, and marketing. As we expand our AI agents across GTM operations roles, our platform will drive significant savings for companies without the need to have huge support functions for roles such as: technical systems analysts, revenue operations professionals, and deal desk analysts, with most of their redundant activities automated. The total market opportunity is 1+ trillion for developing a new type of software interface embedded with vertical AI agents to both streamline existing workflows and drive savings from FTE reductions.
We started FuseAI out of Saurav’s frustration at Deel - despite being one of the most successful companies of all time, they still struggled immensely with legacy sales software, creating inefficient manual workflows across the go-to-market organization. With the vast improvement in LLMs and agentic applications - Saurav and Imogen realized it was the perfect time to build a new operating system to disrupt legacy incumbents in the industry and took the plunge in July last year to start building the future of go-to-market at FuseAI.
