The Material Development Team (MDT) works at the core of our product development process, engineering new compounds that can be used in the next generation of responsive products. These smart materials are the heart of our vision and successful applicants can expect to support products across the biomedical, consumer commercial, and industrial spaces. The Material Chemist will provide expertise in both synthesis and characterization, working in a professional and laboratory role to ensure that our products can be safely used and reliably produced. As a critical member of the MDT, the Material Chemist will also coordinate with development, regulatory, and quality teams to meet product endpoints.
