Software Engineer (SWE) Intern

What are we?

We’re fundamentally changing the unit economics of the legal industry by building the AI agents to replace law firm staff - starting with an inbound sales team.

This is the most difficult and the most lucrative application of voice AI. Expertly-trained teams of 100+ are currently answering the phones and closing 7-figure clients, but are the biggest cost center for law firms in an era of rising competition.

We are in the unique position to dominate the entire market. Investors can see this too. In the W25 batch, we were the first company to fill our entire seed round ($3m within 72 hours).

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for high-functioning SWE interns that:

• are excited about solving unsolved problems
• ship code like 10X SWEs on adderall
• happy to travel across the US on a moment’s notice to visit users
• excited to live in a 120 year old victorian mansion, consume copious amounts of steak and creatine, not smoke/drink, and participate in mandatory cold plunges in the SF bay with a handful of bros

We are very clear about who we’re looking for. We want someone who:

• is interested in working in/founding startups
• is studying CS/AI in college at a school that has a well-regarded program
• has built and shipped a product to real users on their own OR has impressive hackathon placements
• did AI/CS research (this is a plus)

Who are we?

Ethan Hilton (CEO): CMU AI/business dropout. Second time founder servicing law firms. Jared Friedman (YC Managing Director) called him “the next Zuckerberg”.

Ayushman Srivastava (Head of AI): Ex C-suite at a unicorn company. Has been building enterprise AI for Fortune 100 companies for the last 5 years. CMU AI MS. Cooks a mean curry.

Tolen Schreid (CTO): Renowned engineer. Commended by Indiana Governor for advancements in engineering @ 17 yrs old. Dropped out of Purdue CS on a full ride. Hits legs 4x a week.
