Last month, we served 500,000+ browser automations for some of the fastest growing healthcare companies in the US. CloudCruise is now GA.
The problem with browser agents today
Building browser agents with current frameworks seems promising until you hit production. The observation-action loop - where LLMs observe, reason, and act at runtime - is slow, expensive, and hard to debug.
How CloudCruise works differently
CloudCruise solves this by generating deterministic automation workflows instead. Our platform uses two specialized agents: a Builder Agent that converts your business process description into a deterministic browser automation workflow, and a Maintenance Agent that fixes broken workflows once they’re in production.
The Builder Agent takes your workflow description (or an existing SOP) and generates an automation workflow. You watch it work in real-time and clarify edge cases. Credentials are stored securely in your vault.
The Maintenance Agent keeps scripts alive in production. When a payer portal changes its selectors, adds a popup, or goes down, the Maintenance Agent detects it, classifies the error, and fixes it automatically. Complex issues escalate to a human.
Why this architecture wins
LLM costs are amortized over thousands of runs instead of paid on every step. Once in production, workflows are versionable, behave consistently and run at browser-native speed.
