What You'll Do
Serve as the technical point of contact for Coperniq's prospective and current customers, guiding them on best practices for integrating and leveraging our platform.
Work closely with the sales, customer success and engineering teams to design solutions tailored to customer needs, especially when it comes to integrating with other tools and systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to integrations and configurations of the Coperniq platform.
Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring that feedback and insights are seamlessly integrated into product development and improvement.
Responsibilities
Engage with prospective and current customers to understand their technical requirements and guide them on how to best utilize Coperniq in their environment.
Design and implement integration solutions between Coperniq and customers' existing tools and systems.
Collaborate with the engineering team to identify any custom requirements and work on delivering tailored solutions.
Monitor and analyze customer's usage and integration patterns to identify potential issues or areas for enhancement.
Handle and resolve complex technical inquiries and challenges related to Coperniq's integrations and configurations.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to integration best practices, API usage, and other relevant topics.
Establish strong feedback loops with sales, customer success, product, and engineering teams to ensure that customer insights are at the forefront of product development.
Assist in training and onboarding new members within the team, helping them understand Coperniq's technical landscape and customer needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or software engineering role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience with modern integration tools, platforms, and cloud services
Strong understanding of software integrations, API implementations, systems architecture, and technical documentation
Familiarity with solar or any other blue-collar industry practices and challenges is a big plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a user-friendly manner.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to ensure customer success with Coperniq.
Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment and managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: $120,000 - $170,000
Stock Options: 0.05% - 0.2%
