Current Foods is the impossible foods of seafood. We're using plants to create a better food system. Starting with seafood, specifically raw tuna. We are also working on creating better texturization methods for meat analogs. Currently, this is one of the biggest bottlenecks in the plant-based meat industry. So, a tough yet rewarding challenge.

Some of the reasoning why Current was founded is that animal agriculture uses more land, food, and water than any other industry in the world and is the leading cause of ocean dead zones, deforestation, and specices extinction.
