In the modern era, we shouldn’t only rely on poorly-attended town hall meetings and social media posts to hear about what matters most to people. Elucd uses technology to continuously and seamlessly engage with a representative cross-section of a city’s residents to ensure that everyone’s concerns are heard. We’ve started with public safety -- often the most visible face of local government and with the most challenging problems.
