Hepatx Corporation is developing cell therapies to replace liver transplant as a treatment for liver failure. These products will represent an entirely new class of therapeutic product based on the principles of regenerative medicine. Rather than simply halting a disease process and allowing the body to heal itself, these products will be used to actively repair damaged tissues and organs, which will allow us to access previously untreatable patients and will enable novel therapeutic modes.
