Ladder is creating the cloud of construction labor. We are on a mission to dismantle the US's $151B construction staffing industry with a hiring platform that replaces construction workers’ traditional resumes with a data-driven online profile of skills and certifications. We have secured partnerships with both the largest electrical association in the country (IEC) and with Job Corps, a division of the US DOL. We are working with >50 contractors to fill >100 job openings and have helped 7,000 workers apply to those jobs with their Ladder profiles.
