We're building the future support help desk for e-commerce, built to augment human support agents using AI. Turns out, end customers want to talk to humans - not chatbots - so we aim to help companies have human conversations at scale.
In our help desk, the AI co-pilot has full access to the merchants systems (e.g. Shopify, Klarna and Klaviyo) in order to suggestions on actions to take and replies to send. The human support agent maintains full control at all times.
