Omlet for VS Code — Get React component usage insights in VS Code
See original launch post ›

tl;dr We just launched a VS Code extension for React devs, providing component usage insights within VS Code — install it here and ping us at hi@omlet.dev with any feedback!

Hey folks, Berk here from Zeplin (S15). 👋

Back in 2023, we launched our second product Omlet, a component analytics tool for React — and today, we're super excited to announce Omlet for VS Code. Our biggest update since!

What is Omlet for VS Code?

Omlet for VS Code helps you analyze how and where your React components (and their props) are used right inside your editor — helping you confidently update, clean up, and maintain your component library.

Here’s a demo I just recorded: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BsZMMcHG3Ks

What do we need?

We need feedback from React devs and design system teams. We’d really appreciate it if you could give the extension a try yourself or share it with your team. Ping us at hi@omlet.dev and let us know what can do better. We're just getting started so any feedback would be super helpful.

Cheers!
