Examples of use cases include: 1) helping e-commerce marketplace automate customer requests to process an item exchange 2) helping logistics companies automate customer requests to reschedule a delivery.
We are integrated with Intercom / Zendesk / Salesforce and many more so companies can leverage existing channels to resolve user issues more efficiently with Zoltar.
